Through her 38 years of banking, she now works as a Universal Banker III at Provident State Bank, Lewes Branch.

Michelle has been instrumental and actively involved in What is Your Voice right from its inception to its launch into a full Public Non-Profit Corporation 501c3 and continues to be actively involved. 

She is a graduate of Delaware County Community College and holds a degree in Accounting.
