Director of Development & Grants

Chrissy is the Director of Development and Grants at What is Your Voice, Inc. She comes to the organization with over 25 years’ experience working in the non-profit sector. Chrissy is passionate about empowering marginalized communities, gender equality, and creating opportunities to strengthen communication. Prior to joining WIYV, Chrissy was Program Manager for a national, independent, non-profit organization which provided long-term, in-patient mental health services to individuals in Pennsylvania. She also worked on implementing STEM opportunities for individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia by partnering with local colleges and science entities in Baltimore, Maryland.
